Fabrication Capacities

Sufficient production areas, high ceilings, modern welding equipment, wide range of prefabrication equipment, trained welders - it all makes us good at production of welded constructions.

Characteristics of the premises: area - 13 000 m3, ceiling height - 12 m, each of 6 bays is equipped with two 5 ton bridge cranes.

A big shotblasting chamber enables to have ideal finished surfaces for painting. There is also a glassblasting table for stainless steel surfaces treatment.

"TTS-AVIO" has modern painting facilities of 56 m2 and 68 m2 floor area and 4 meter ceiling height. The painting chambers with two modern vacuum painting guns which allows to reach fine surface quality even on frame structures which is impossible to paint in good quality with standards painting guns.

Alongside with painting chamber a big drying chamber is located (floor area 110 m2) which makes possible to have drying in temperatures up to 60 C0.

Painting/drying chambers have climatic control systems, which operate fully automatically and allow to reach very stable temperature and air exchange conditions.

Accumulated experience of our engineers and technical staff lets us produce stamps for presswork and punching.

We can weld both ordinary and stainless steel and aluminium as well.
